Some of their operational challenges included the lack of a formal framework, multiple submissions of documents, and inefficient exchange of information. Solution
The solution involved automating a completely manual process and implementing a single form, single submission, and single interface system. The engagement also involved building and operating border stations in Kuwait under a 25-year BOT contract.
